This policy covers the Grand Fleet Logistics route planner at grandfleets.org.

What the planner processes

Address you enter. A street address you type is sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder to verify it and return coordinates. The Census Geocoder is a U.S. government service; its use is limited to that verification request.

Device location. If you choose “use my location,” your browser asks permission and your coordinates stay in the planner to rank destinations. You can clear the starting point at any time.

Demand snapshots. The optional demand layer reads open pickup counts from the Grand Fleet dispatch database. It contains no personal data.

What this site does not do

There are no public accounts, no sign-up forms, and no purchases on this site. The driver account menu shows account status only; account management is handled through your dispatcher.

Cookies and analytics

The route planner runs without user accounts and does not maintain user profiles.
