These terms cover use of the Grand Fleet Logistics route planner at grandfleets.org.

Operational tool

The planner is an internal operational tool provided for Grand Fleet drivers and dispatch. Access to driver account features is managed by the company.

Distance accuracy

Destination rankings use direct (great-circle) distance from a verified origin. They are estimates for comparison, not driving routes, travel times, or fare quotes. Confirm the actual route in the field; current routing and traffic are handed off to your mapping application.

Demand data

The demand layer reflects a snapshot of open pickup requests from the production dispatch database. It can be delayed or incomplete and is hidden when it cannot be verified. It never represents a guarantee of trip availability.

Responsibility

Drivers remain responsible for safe operation, compliance with traffic law, and verifying trip details with dispatch. The planner supplements — never replaces — dispatch instructions.

Changes

Grand Fleet Logistics may update the planner and these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision.
